FAQ’s

Q: Where are services provided?
A: services are provided in an office at the Hope House located at 191 Church Rd. in Bridgewater, NJ

Q: I work full-time. Can you go to my child’s daycare?
A: Provided that the schedule allows and the center gives permission for services to be rendered there, I would go to the daycare. There is an additional fee for services provided outside of the main office.

Q: Can I stay in the room for therapy?
A: I am very flexible. If you think your child will perform better with you in the room, you can absolutely stay in; however, over time, most parents feel comfortable in the waiting room once their child is acclimated to the therapy setting.

Q: Will you accept an evaluation completed by another facility?
A: The evaluation needs to be provided for me to review and must be less than one year old.

Q: Can you put diagnostic and therapy codes on my invoice?
A: A formal evaluation needs to be completed in order for codes to be provided. Please note that if you provide an evaluation completed by another facility for review, you must have the codes the evaluating therapist used in order for me to document them.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express

Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: The center is an “out of network” provider and a fee for service agency. Payment is expected when services are rendered. An invoice will be provided that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at your out-of-network benefit. Please refer to Question 6 for the use of diagnostic and procedural codes on invoices.
